LEAN RX WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC  is a cash-based business. We do not take insurance at this time. Insurance carriers increase the costs of many services and currently do not cover Wellness Services. 

• We take payments via cash, debit, credit card, Care Credit,  or HSA/FSA. 
• Payments are due in full at the time of service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

My programs are based on three month subscription, but charge every 30 days. Once you are charged, an email will be sent to schedule a phone or telehealth appointment. During your appointment,  your medications will be ordered and shipped to your address on file. 

 You may stop the medication altogether but some patients continue to take 2.5 mg or 5 mg every 2-4 weeks to maintain appetite suppression.  

 Each medication has an expiration date. Discard an open vial after one month due to possible contamination.
